Keeping critical environments running on-premises and in colocation, plus the first steps on AWS for ERP infrastructure. Even then, our own monitoring tools tracked the health of every environment.
Native FinOps, before the term existed
In just 3 months we built our own cost-control method, steadying cloud bills that had tripled with the dollar’s surge. Today that method is nuvem.cash.
